Documents to be provided
INDIVIDUALS
Our bikes can be rented from half a day to a year, depending on the model. They can be picked up at our Mulhouse train station or delivered to your home. Delivery of electrically-assisted bicycles is free of charge for individuals residing in one of the communes of Mulhouse Alsace Agglomération.
Documents required:
Your identity card, proof of address less than 3 months old for users wishing to rent an M2A VAE and your bank details.
The deposit is subject to the completion of a direct debit mandate which will only be activated in the event of non-return of the bike or theft. It can also be pre-authorized by credit card (except for white m2A VAEs).
COMPANIES
Rental is open to public and private companies and associations. The minimum rental period for companies is one year at €444, including 2 annual overhauls.
Good to know: The French government provides for a deduction from corporate income tax of costs generated by the provision of bicycles for employees, up to a limit of 25% of the costs incurred.
Documents to provide :
Your Kbis extract or certificate of registration in the Sirene register for associations, and a bank details form.
Maintenance of our cycles
We provide regular maintenance for our bikes, checking safety points and replacing worn parts. This service is included in the rental price!
Cycle repairs
For any work that does not fall within the scope of normal wear and tear, our technicians will either repair or replace damaged parts.
Advice
Our technicians are available during opening hours to advise you on the use of your rental equipment. We also offer occasional bike workshops to advise you on the routine maintenance of your bikes.
